I completely agree with you, however, I thought that since
journal name is output by default, the equivalent information for 
a book is the publisher name. So I expected to see it by default.
This was my logic.

Since I made so many mistakes in the past, I wanted to make sure, that
this is the design, not what I did. The design is not what I expected
:-). It is not a problem, I just had to know it.
