citestylex.xml formats

Hi,

there were several suggestions on the list to set up a style
repository, which I'd be more than happy to organize. Given the sheer
number of contributed styles it would be sufficient to add them to a
static web page once in a while (you can prove me wrong and flood me
with styles though). Commercial packages contain hundreds of styles,
and we're not remotely close to that yet. It would actually be a nice
playground for a collaborative effort.

I'm currently working on a style for Tissue Engineering, and I'll
probably need styles for ASAIO J., Br.J.Pharmacol., or Circ.Res. soon.
