In order to check this, could you run the refdb-bug script and send the output
to the list? The script creates a file refdb-bug.txt in the current working
directory and lists all configuration details and such.

This is nothing to worry about unless you use the web interface (which is still
a bit shaky at the moment).

What are the permissions of the refdb database file?
