Re: first install of RefDB .debs

I tried testing--though that often causes trouble with Ubuntu, since
that's where the forks exist. The following unmet dependencies arise:

The last is a real pain as the testing Debian package requires the
installation of tzdata which by the time it is installed breaks the
system (the reason why I have a new install of Ubuntu, in fact).

Do we know that these are real dependencies? I.e. this version number
and nothing else? libdbd is less of a problem since that can be
installed from source, but libc6 is awful.
