I'ld try ELEC, i.e. "Electronic Citation", and look to
http://www.apastyle.org/elecgeneral.html.
For example:

TY  - ELEC
A1  - Author, A.A.
T1  - Title of work
PY  - 2000//
UR  - url
N1  - Retrieved month, day, year
ER  -
