Gidday Just one more itty-bitty suggestion for improvement. If I run a command and specify the wrong refdb database so that it is a database that does not exist, I get a sensible error message... ........................ acws-0175% refdbc -d thisiswrong -C getnote :NID:\>0 FATAL: database "thisiswrong" does not exist could not open reference database ........................ ...but if I get a database that exists but is not a refdb database (in this case the default database for this user), the error messages to come back are table-not-found messages from the sql server... ........................ acws-0175% refdbc -C getnote :NID:\>0 ERROR: relation "t_note" does not exist select failed acws-0175% ........................ ...I think it would be nicer in this case to produce information like in the first case so that I can figure out the source of the error and don't start think about sending silly messages to the refdb-users group... ...feel free to disagree with me completely!
