ANN: new svn refdb packages are split

New svn refdb packages (revision 127) are available from the usual refdb
repository.

** IMPORTANT **
The svn version of refdb is now packaged into three debs:
    'refdb-clients',
    'refdb-server', and
    'refdb-doc'.

This enables refdb to be installed easily as a distributed application.
If you are running it on a standalone computer make sure to install both
client and server packages.

The manual, tutorial and schema documentation are installed by the doc
package. Help indexing systems (such as 'dwww' or 'dhelp') will
register this documentation under 'refdb-doc', not 'refdb' as with the
previous unitary package.

All other refdb-related applications packaged as debs now depend only on
the 'refdb-clients' package. This one-off change in dependencies should
be handled smoothly by any sufficiently sophisticated package manager
('aptitude' is known to handle it without error).

The current pre-release version of refdb remains a unitary package. The
next pre-release will be packaged in a similar manner to the svn version.

Regards,
David.
