Hmm...No regular expressions, eh?  Well this really isn't sister
friendly (the person who is actually going to be using this).  I could
probably teach her regexps but I don't know enough SQL foo to get by.

All of the manpages talk about regexps, as does the manual.  Which
backends support this?  Both MySQL and pgsql?

Ditto...If I do "getref" with no arguments no further valid getref
queries work.
