That's another thing that changed between 0.9.6 and 0.9.8. I've moved
the default location of sqlite/sqlite3 databases to
/usr/local/var/lib/refdb/db in order to comply with the structure
suggested by the FHS (http://www.pathname.com/fhs/). The
/usr/local/share/refdb/db directory is no longer used these days.
