Question about <entry> in RISX

Frankly, I can't remember why. It actually looks pretty useless. The
"+" would allow to have several "instances" of an entry, like when a
work was republished by a different publisher. MODS can do this
too. However, I can't imagine RefDB can handle this information in a
useful way, so I wouldn't rely on the presence of the "+" in the next
release. Thanks a lot for pointing this out.
