Release announcement: refdb-1.0.3

Hi all,

upon popular demand a new version of RefDB has been released into the 
wild:

This version collects a couple of changes and fixes that have been 
committed to the Subversion repository over the years. The documentation 
and some styles have been updated, new styles were added, and refdbd now 
supports a config file option to set the SQL mode of MySQL and MariaDB 
database servers on a per-session base. NB this feature requires an 
updated version of the corresponding libdbi driver which is available 
from git only at present.
