docs are in rlib/doc

As far as features:
  look in src/pcode.c and there's a table of functions: +,-,val, ect 
  look in src/parsexml.c to see all of the options in XML you can have
  look in api.c to see the complete API


And if you have any questions just ask.. someone can explain
