RLIB 1.3.1, ODBC, and Oracle

I can modify this and test it, but I don't know how much this will dig into
other aspects of my project. (Perhaps this aligns perfectly with my
project.)

I have one more query. PHP in 1.3.1 has access to rlib_add_datasource_array,
which allows locally stored data to be used in a report, but C in the same
version does not. Is this function available in 1.3.2 API?
