   I did a table with max number of columns supported by
A4 paper on different font sizes (and tested in laser printers).
   If you wish, you can put in documentation.

ps2: this is the measures that works fine on laser printers (hp, 
magicolor, konica, etc) printing from Acrobat Reader 6 on Windows and Linux.
ps3: courier font (rlib default)
