<p> is clearly repeatable, so the second question is the one to focus 
on. If you have a couple of examples of paragraph typologies, please 
raise a ticket for this and Council will discuss it. It might be worth 
looking through some old related tickets to see the sorts of arguments 
that are likely to come up:
