Last year I wrote an XSLT to convert the OPenn TEI manuscript description
files into manifests (it was a test - we still haven't published our images
in IIIF, although it will be coming soon). YMMV, but I loaded it to github
(along with the TEI and manifest files - please note that none of these
will work! Also the TEI is out of date!)
