TEI Minimal: anyone using it?

Hi all,

If you use the TEI Oxygen framework, you might have noticed a little 
family of customizations called "Minimal":

File / New / Frameworks / TEI P5
	Minimal
	Minimal with Internationalization
	Minimal with Math
	Minimal with SVG
	Minimal with XInclude

Has anyone actually used any of these? If so, could you say what it was 
useful for?
