hyphen

Dear All,

on page 70 the P5 guidelines present three different ways on how to deal
with hyphens.

  With Additions, ne-
  ver before Printed.

1) remove them:
  With Additions, never before Printed.

2) record it explicitly:
  With Additions, nev<pc>-</pc><lb break="no"/>er before Printed.

3) record it implicitly using an attribute
  With Additions, nev<lb break="no" … />er before Printed.

However, I could not find an example which attribute of the lb element
should be used.
