Abkhasian pe with descender?

That the Cyrillic block uses "descender" only for small tails like
the one found on the ts. The one used with pe is called a middle
hook, and the letter coded at U+04F6 (cap)/U+04F7 (small). (In
romanization, the p takes a dot-above to indicate this letter).
