Would someone please submit the comment and stress that it is an editorial bug. I know well that we've (ISO/IEC) even made real technical changes at this stage (with special contact with ITTF). You're only thinking about timing for release of Unicode 5.1. Time of the balloting of ISO amendments is also critical here; in this case, specifically FDAM 3. Peter
