axis-2admin and XSS vulnerability

What is axis2-admin?I read that this is some administrative interface of axis but I can not find it anywhere.
I am trying to see how can I address the Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in 
axis2-admin/axis2-admin/engagingglobally in the administration console 
in Apache Axis2/Java (if it affects me.I am using 1.5.1 version)
