Hi Serge, Axis2 1.7 is not yet released so you will not get axis2 1.7 distribution by this link[1] as it not yet link to a distribution , Latest released version is axis2 1.6.2 and I checked the download links available in Installation guide[2] and all links are working fine. Here[3] is download page for Axis2 releases.
