Re: Broken download links for Axis2/J 1.8.1

The 1.8.1 had a problem with the signature keys that wasn't noticed at the
time of the release.

Because of that, the links were removed earlier today.

We're not sure what exactly happened but we need to release 1.8.2 to fix
it.

I am working on that today but it will take about at least 4 days to do
everything and then pass the 72 hour voting process. We are all volunteers
so it could take up to a week.
