HistoryBrowserInterface and empty executes methods

Hello,

Some of the executes methods contained in the inner classes of the
HistoryBrowserInterface class are not implemented, like the execute
method of the NodeRemovedCommand class for instance.

Is it only work in progress? This is a bit disturbing since it seems
that 90% of the work necessary to have an undo/redo in a SVG
application is already there.
