Batik still does not compile with Java 7

Hi all,

I've just tried to compile the batik nightly with Java 7 on windows,
and it doesn't compile due to reliance on com.sun.* classes.

The good news is that this seems to be confined to
org\apache\batik\ext\awt\image\codec\tiff classes - deleting the
contents of that directory/package allows the rest of batik to build.
