Rasterizer issues for complex SVG

Dear All,

I'm trying to rasterize SVG file using Batik rasterizer.

However, it produces incorrect results for more complex graphics utilizing
filters (shadows), transformations and clipped areas, see the following
example:

http://drifted.in/other/batik/horologium.png (result with default settings)

Where should I report this to get it fixed? Batik, XML Graphics Common or
FOP?
