Selecting values from a html5 form

Hi,

I want to use a html5 form to pass values into my sitemap eg

     <form action="enquiry" method="?" >
         <input type="text" name="fromname"    placeholder="Your Name"   required=''/>

How do I pass "fromname" into "enquiry"
