I have prepared release artifacts for XmlSchema 1.4.5:

with fixes for:

WSCOMMONS-460
targetNamespace in schema without a prefixed namespace also defined
can cause empty namespace to be overwritten.

WSCOMMONS-447
Serializer requires a namespace context.

WSCOMMONS-426
Serialization gets NPE with no namespace context.

WSCOMMONS-283
Package XmlSchema as on OSGi bundle.
