I count three binding:

Deepal Jayasinghe <[email protected]>
ant elder <[email protected]>
Nandana Mihindukulasooriya <[email protected]>

TECHNICALLY Dims is still binding as well.    He's listed on the official list 
in the commitee-info.txt file.

Thus, you should be all set once the 72 hours is up as long as no-one else 
finds any issues before then.
