The Jakarta Commons team is pleased to announce that the Digester 1.6 release is now available. It includes many bug fixes and minor enhancements as well as several new features including plugins (framework supporting dynamic rule reconfiguration) and variable expansion. By selecting the appropriate dependency set, Digester 1.6 is now compatible with either the 2.x or the 3.x series of commons-collection releases.
