release!

This is a set of Jelly utility tags. 

Changes in this version include:

  New Features:

o Add util:sort to sort lists, including sorting by bean properties Issue: 
  JELLY-157. 

  Changes:

o support encoding parameter for util:loadText Issue: JELLY-57. Thanks to 
  Bill Keese.
