Doubt in Xerces-J

Hi,

I am working in Xerces-J for XML Parsers, I am facing
a problem while parsing the xml files of DTD 5.0.

I am unable to map catalog files while parsing, b'coz
of that it is showing error. I am using the following
commands

java -jar Parser.jar -e "catalogs" %1.xml 2>%1.log

Kindly advise which command would fulfil my
requirement.
