I let the ball drop. :-( Anyway, we haven't heard from Norman Walsh, so
I'm assuming lazy consensus. I'll request the SVN migration on Monday
during the Hackathon in Stuttgart. I assume we'll have a few
infrastructure people there who might be able to help quickly.
