[ANNOUNCE][VFS] commons-vfs 1.0 RC6 available

The commons vfs community is happy to announce the availability of 
commons-vfs 1.0 RC6.

*) upgrade to jsch-0.1.23
*) removed non working method setLastModifiedTime for ftp
*) other fixes as stated in RELEASE_NOTES.txt


This is (hopefully) the last RC before the final release, I'll start the 
vote for it now.
