[REPORT] projects.apache.org processing

The following doap files which were previously submitted for the
projects.apache.org site are no longer working.  Several of them are
simply missing (404).  The spamassassin file needs to have
xmlns:asfext="http://projects.apache.org/ns/asfext#" added to the rdf
tag at the top, and myfaces needs to fix the closing bracket on
</asfext:implements
