Short answer: you can't do that. That's by design.

Please ask questions on an appropriate mailing list. You are currently using a
bug tracker, a tool which is not meant for general questions.

Note further that your question has absolutely nothing to do with the
XmlStylebook component of Apache XML commons; you probably meant another
