Thanks Dan!!! Fixed. There is a take1 folder under http://people.apache.org/~dims/axis2-1.4-commons/ for the old bits.

The new binaries are now at http://people.apache.org/~dims/axis2-1.4-commons/

NOTE: the LICENSE.txt and NOTICE.txt are under the root directory for neethi and axiom.
