Folks,

Am gonna try cut the next revs for all 3 -  XmlSchema/Neethi/Axiom.

XmlSchema - Woden guys needed a fix for null vs "" in targetnamespace
Neethi    - There was a one line patch (WSCOMMONS-316) and a fix to get rid of Sun JDK specific code.
Axiom     - Changes for TCK Testing failure and MTOM Threshold issue

Please don't check in anything under further notice for these three projects.
