Attachment with no SOAP toolkit

Hi,

I need to send a XML file attachment using SOAP from my client application (written in C/C++ ) to the web server. I am using HTTP/POST method but NOT using any SOAP toolkit (e.g. Microsoft SOAP toolkit and IBM SOAP toolkit).

How can I do this?
