RE: WS-Performance (aka WS-Slowness)

It's apparent that we already need WS-I basic profile for this
specification to facilitate interoperability and define mandatory set of
supported claims by conforming vendor implementations. Also before it
can submitted to OASIS it needs clarificaiton about granted intelectual
property rights.
