ISSUE: "MEP instance" vs. "MEP"

While I'm at it, the next sentence after the section I just quoted reads:

    Implementations MAY choose to support multiple meps at the same time.

That would mean that an implementation might support, say, one-way and
request-response at the same time.  I propose changing this to read

    Implementations MAY choose to support multiple /instances of this
    MEP /at the same time.
