Unfortunately these kinds of comments don't let anyone help you. To get
correct help you need to provide exactly the steps to reproduce your
installation and problems in executing programs, and then the exact error
messages you receive.

Lots of people run eXist on Windows (I don't, but my colleagues do).

As it goes, most eXist help is now found on the eXist developer's Slack
