When I opened eXist for the first time on my computer, I got an error.

Vincent Razanajao advised me to run the bin\startup.bat program through the
command line.  I tried to do this.  An error appeared.  I took a screenshot
of the error and I've included that screenshot in this e-mail.  I don't
know how to fix it.  Please assist me.
