Dear eXist-db list,

A light-weight script that initializes a new eXist-db app without relying
on Node is available at
https://github.com/Pittsburgh-NEH-Institute/eXistentializer. It achieves
its relative ease of use by omitting many features supported by
generator-exist, such as testing (limited support), CI (no support), and
Docker (no support).

Best,

David
