Announce: new fore-exist app available from public repo

Hi *,

for those interested in using eXist-db with Fore to seamlessly process XML
in the browser and connect your frontend via OpenAPI endpoints, this new
app could be interesting.

It hopefully simplifies the task to get started with Fore in eXist-db by
packaging it and lets you create a barebones page quickly.

It also features a very simplistic todo example to show interaction with
endpoints.

For those being around for a longer time XRX might still be a familiar
term. eXist-db and Fore combined deliver this pattern in a modernized way
by extending HTML with Web Components.
