Summary: Missing symbols in win32 libs (in expat_win32bin 1.95.8)

Initial Comment:
Some of the compiled win32 libraries shipped with
expat_win32bin version 1.95.8 are missing some symbols.

In particular, Expat-1.95.8/StaticLibs/libexpat.lib and 
Expat-1.95.8/StaticLibs/libexpatw.lib do NOT contain
the following functions:
 XML_FreeContentModel
 XML_GetParsingStatus
 XML_MemFree
 XML_MemMalloc
 XML_MemRealloc
 XML_ResumeParser
 XML_StopParser
