contributed documentation in Texinfo and html formats

Ciao,

  as  part  of  my   nimby-doc[1]  project,  I  reviewed  my
translation to  GNU Texinfo format  of Expat's documentation
(I had already  announced it on this list  a long time ago);
it is also available online[2].

P.S.  I wonder if a  micro release is possible to include in
a downloadable tarball the latest repository check-ins.
