    Description: 
Where a table title is long enough that it pushes any [/fo:marker] "continued" text on to a new line, that new line with the "continued" text will overwrite the table header.

{*}Expected result{*}: Overflow Table content is pushed further down the page to handle the longer title

Test files demonstrate the issue.
