A change in the fop-pdf-images library affects font extraction:

The file [^external-document.fo] includes an external PDF document named [^=
origin.pdf].
The generated PDF file, [^KO.pdf], is corrupted.
A fix is =E2=80=8B=E2=80=8Bavailable as patch [^fix.patch].
