Multi Language/font-family Support

Hello Everyone,

I have a text with UTF-8 characters and that text can be of any language
and I want it to render in pdf. So, if I do use specific font-family it
allows only supporting characters to be rendered in pdf file. But as I
mentioned text could be of any language, how can I mention font-family(s)
so it render text in pdf.
